I shipped an order through spedizioni.ebay.it on May 25, 2023 with insurance on the goods. On eBay’s site it said the shipment would arrive by July 11 (today!). After May 25, my shipment, on the tracking site, showed as having been handed over to the international carrier.On June 23, I started to worry and wrote an email to Packlink through their form. They replied telling me that within 3-5 business days they would get back to me. After 5 days had passed with nothing happening, I wrote to follow up; a few days later they wrote to me saying that, at that point, it would be necessary to file a claim and they gave me a link. I filled out the form and after a few days they wrote to me saying that my claim had been made beyond the 30-day deadline!Ridiculous! First of all, because on eBay’s site the expected delivery date was July 11, so beyond 30 days; second, and more importantly, because I wrote to Packlink on June 23 and they told me to wait...and only after I followed up again was I told that I had to fill out another form.I called eBay support and they told me they’re washing their hands of it because the service is Packlink’s and not eBay’s...but I shipped through the ebay.spedizioni.it site!!!This really seems like an authorized scam to me. Soon I’ll be contacting my lawyer, and I’ll also launch an information campaign across all social channels!Can anyone help me?
