Recently I sold an item and shipped it right away. Unfortunately the package never arrived and was most likely lost or stolen. I sent the tracking slip image to the buyer. In this case do I have to refund the amount and also take the hit for the cost of the item? In these cases, how does eBay handle it?Thanks
