ITEM SENT AND REJECTED
I sold an item and so I shipped it, paying out of pocket €13 for the transaction. When the customer went to pick it up, they refused the package. How does this work in cases like this? Obviously, I tried to contact the customer to understand what had happened, but I didn't receive any response. Some people just have fun like this!

Mentore1 year agoThe package will come back to you and you can refund them minus the shipping costs incurred.
If the buyer gets back in touch and wants their item, they will have to pay you for a new shipment.
