Item shipped intact and arrived damaged
Good evening. I shipped an item with BRT and insurance for the total item value (through eBay). The item arrived broken. How do I get a refund? What do I need to do? Thanks

OP1 year agoThanks. Yes, I read it. I think that in light of this experience I’ll move to other sales platforms because, in fact, getting a refund is almost impossible.

Mentore1 year agoIt doesn't depend on the platform, but on the courier. It depends on which one you choose and on what limitations there are on the membership you subscribe to.
Using the same couriers on other platforms, the result would have been exactly the same.

Unfortunately, the limitations Packlink places on its insurance make it basically useless.
