Item shipped despite the cancellation request: how should I intervene? Thanks
Hello, as per the subject, I accidentally confirmed the order, but later I realized I had made a mistake, contacting the supplier by message to cancel the order, and at the same time I also made a cancellation request with the first wording, exactly "found cheaper order", but the supplier didn’t care, and shipped it anyway.... can someone tell me how I should handle this, or how to contact eBay by phone? Thanks.

Mentore1 year agoYou can ask the seller to cancel the order, but the seller has no obligation to accept your request.
When you receive the item, don’t make the serious mistake of refusing it. You would lose the item and would not be entitled to a refund.
If the seller accepts returns for buyer’s remorse, you can send it back at your expense. https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-refunds/restituisci-un-oggetto-cambio-di-un-rimborso?id=4041
If they don’t accept them, you’ll have to keep it.
