Item shipped, payment received, but never credited
Good morning, I received this email from eBay automatically saying that the product had been paid for so I shipped the product, but I never received the money. I called support but they told me they never sent this email. Can someone help me. Thanks

Mentore3 years agoThe amount seems strange (it wouldn't justify the scam) and the email (it looks good but lacks any reference to the item and transaction).
Did you check whether this same communication is also present in the messages section of "My eBay".
