Good morning, I've been a member of Ebay since 1999 and I have 279 positive feedback ratings, all as a buyer.I bought an item in Germany, it was shipped to me with DHL but when it arrived in Italy it was handed over to Poste Italiane, on Poste Italiane's website the item shows as delivered and so it also shows as delivered on Ebay but it hasn't arrived for me. I asked Poste Italiane and they told me to file a claim, can I ask Ebay for compensation? Thanks. Luca
