Sold item not found

Question

Good evening, in my app it shows that I sold an item. However, when I go into the sold items section, this item does not appear. Likewise, I have not received any messages about the completed sale, and the buyer's address. How can this be?

In this case, does ebay still charge me its commission on this?

Good evening,in your account there is only one sale... a coaster sold on March 19...Try checking it directly on a PC... the app is very limited.Kind regards.
