Item sold and never paid for by the buyer

Months ago I sold an item, but despite repeated reminders, the buyer never paid for the item and never replied to my messages, even though they kept selling their own items on eBay.

I can't delete this item because it is always awaiting payment. I wanted to know what I need to do, thanks

You can cancel the transaction, but after 30 days eBay treats it as if you had completed the sale, and they will charge you the fees.
