Item sold but had to be refunded for delivery very late, so the customer has the item
Hello, I sold an item but because of the courier the item arrived very late, so the customer filed a complaint and eBay had me issue a refund. Now the customer has both the item because it was delivered late and the refund, and on top of that they are not responding
what should I do
