Item sold but shipping is expensive
I sold an item but instead of €10, shipping to the buyer costs €26. How is that possible? Yet they live in Spain like me. In the details to receive payment, if I don’t set the country to Italy, it won’t let me enter the section. Does that have anything to do with it? Thanks

OP2 years agoWhy did I create the account in Italy. Do I need to change any settings in order to sell it? Why does the shipping show up as so much when the address I entered is in Spain?

Mentore2 years agoThe account appears to be Spanish, so I don’t see why you need to go through Italy.

Mentore2 years agoBesides being registered in Spain, you indicate that the item is in the Canary Islands, which are definitely known for having high shipping prices... I assume both inbound and outbound...
