SOLD ITEM DOES NOT APPEAR IN THE LIST OF UNPAID ITEMS | Questions and answers among users

I accepted an offer but I didn't receive from ebay the confirmation of the completed sale like usually happens.On the ''pending payment'' page the item is not visible.By clicking again on the email starting from ''respond to the current offer'' it shows ONLY THERE the accepted offer and an entry with a button ''pending payment''. Clicking it takes me to the listing where the sale doesn't appear. Nowhere else is this sale visible.What do you think went wrong?
