Item sold, no longer shipped because it was picked up in person.
Hello, I sold an item that I no longer shipped because the buyer later decided to pick it up in person. After delivery, in the sale, the item will still show as pending shipment, so the buyer could also report that they haven't received it yet... How can I protect myself?

Mentore10 months agoThere is no way to protect yourself.
If the buyer opens a claim for item not received, without proof of delivery, you will be forced to refund them.
