Every time I log in, I have to reset the password.

Summary: dirkpittgae notes that they need to reset their password every time they log in. marioelegio responds, but their reply content is not visible.

For a few days now, every time I log in to eBay Italy it asks me to reset my password and notifies me as a new device.

I spoke with the woman at the eBay call center and she told me that now it's like this, which seems strange to me.

I’m both a seller and a buyer, a real pain, I always use the same devices: smartphone app (occasionally), PC (always) and tablet (sometimes).

Am I the only one, or does someone else have the same problem as me?

Me too, I go from laptop to desktop to phone, it notifies me as a new device, but it doesn't ask me to change my password.
