OK seller for contextual exchange faulty/new decoder upon return closure. How do I do it?

The seller, in order to proceed with the exchange of the defective decoder for a new one, asks me to close the return request process. Where and how can I submit this request?

The seller can send you the new decoder or refund you, even with the case open.

Don’t close anything until the new decoder arrives. If you do, you’ll be in their hands.
