Customs duties
Good evening everyone, I bought an item in Malaysia and paid VAT through eBay, now the item has arrived but to collect it I have to pay customs charges and postal fees, but is that right?? Wasn’t paying VAT already enough??

Mentore2 years agoIt's always the same problem: if you buy from a non-EU seller, you MUST know that you'll also have to deal with customs fees!
So yes, it's fair... and it was fair to know that too!
