Operator who doesn't understand my request via text message
An operator didn’t understand me in chat. They weren’t able to solve the problem for me. I called back, and another operator in chat wasn’t able to understand my request and closed the connection on me.
Without calls, I’m leaving eBay as a platform immediately

Mentore3 months agoI can assure you that usually it’s easier to understand each other via chat than via phone.
Sometimes though, it’s easier to blame the other person for not understanding rather than admit you can’t explain the problem.
