"Pick-up Point" option no longer available among shipping options

Question

Good morning, I just bought a small item, and when I went to the payment form (at the stage where you choose the shipping address) I was not given the option to choose a FermoPoint: the only possible option was one of my addresses, and I couldn't find the alternative "FermoPoint" option anywhere. Is this happening only to me or to you too?

If the seller doesn't agree to that option, you can't force them. Not all sellers are willing to ship to a Fermo Point... you'll find it written in the listing right above the shipping cost. Kind regards.
