order 04-12577-17991 made yesterday as a guest (not on my eBay) and no confirmation received
Summary: ricca_giust reported a problem with an order placed as a guest on eBay, for which they did not receive confirmation. sika700 did not provide any further details or solution in their reply.
Yesterday 12/01/25 I placed the order in question for €15.60, duly paid with PayPal.
I couldn't access my account so I placed the order as a guest.
However, I did not receive the order confirmation email.
I tried to request it again but the electronic response is: "dear edicola-cartol-132 / link for order details (TD_VOD_URL)".
I tried to contact the seller, who called me today and confirmed the order error and advised me to cancel the order; after that, he will put the items back on sale and I will be able to place a new order.
I can't figure it out. What should I do?

Mentore1 year agoOnly the seller can cancel the order.... you can't do it.
