If you don’t have an order confirmation email, you don’t have any information to retrieve the order and evidently you’re not receiving any updates either...

If you purchased as an unregistered user, you didn't log in at all and therefore you can't have used the same account. If you typed the email address wrong, you won't receive any communications and you won't have a way to recover the order, you just have to hope everything goes well.
