Order cancelled by the seller
Summary: mone_grots took part in an auction and won, but the seller canceled the order claiming that the buyer had requested the cancellation, which mone_grots denies. They believe the order was canceled because of the favorable price they got. They’re asking for advice on how to deal with the situation, report the seller, and leave negative feedback, and they’re wondering whether others have had similar experiences.
I won the auction, but the seller canceled the order stating as the reason "that the buyer requested the cancellation".
I did not request the cancellation; on the contrary, I won the item at a great price and that is definitely the reason the seller canceled the order IN A COMPLETELY WRONG WAY.
I would like some intervention on this matter, both to protect myself in this case and other future buyers.
What should I do? Has this ever happened to you?
How do I report the user, is it possible to leave negative feedback?
Thanks,
Simone
