Canceled order and non-refundable fee
Hello! I sold an item but since the item is no longer available for sale due to an issue with the item, I canceled the order and refunded the buyer. But I was charged 0.35 cents on my card as a fee. Why was it not refunded? I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards

Mentore1 week agoBecause it is the fixed selling fee, that amount is never refunded to private sellers.
