Good evening, I wanted to ask if any of you have ever had a situation like mine.I ordered an item that the seller promptly shipped with a Poste Italiane tracking number, the problem arose when the tracking showed it as delivered even though nothing had arrived for me. So after 6 days I decided to open a dispute to get my money back; in the meantime, since I needed the item, I bought another one from the same seller (who was not at fault) today, 10 days after the Poste Italiane delivery date shown, it actually arrived.So I would like, by mutual agreement with the seller, to make a return but honestly I am not willing to take on the shipping cost since this problem arose because of the carrier, who marked a shipment as having arrived at its destination when in reality it only arrived today, 10 days late, with no possibility of communicating with Poste since for them it had actually been delivered.I’m asking whether, in your opinion, eBay could take on the cost of this return shipment since it is due to a problem with the carrier, which I think has a "contract" with eBay as well for any issues of this kind.
