UK order with international eBay shipping isn’t updating
Hello everyone,
I made a purchase from the United Kingdom choosing the "International Shipping" option, which includes paying customs in advance directly on eBay, which should handle the whole process. The seller provided a tracking code for the first shipment to eBay's mailbox, and the package was marked as delivered on September 5. However, from my eBay profile it still shows as "in transit" to the warehouse, while the courier's website confirms delivery.
I live abroad and I can't receive calls from eBay support. Has anyone had similar experiences with this kind of shipping? Is it normal for it to take so long for the package to be recognized as received by eBay's warehouse in the United Kingdom? Also, do you know how I can contact eBay without having to make phone calls?
