Last night, late, I placed the order as a guest for two items. The payment seems to have gone through, so much so that afterwards the screen "Thank you! We will send you a confirmation email etc. " appeared with the respective numbers, but this email never arrived. I also tried to track down the order by sending a request through support in the Help and contact section, but nothing, they don't seem to be getting through. I think I entered the contact email correctly in the payment credentials. What could have happened? Can someone give me a hand?
