Order placed by a User who denies having placed it.

Question

Order placed by a user who denies having placed it, and after 1 day I find myself with another order from the same user (which I don't know whether to accept) under a different name and address from the first order.

You can't choose whether to accept orders or not; if they don't pay, you can cancel, if they pay you have to ship, otherwise cancel with all the consequences that entails. Kind regards.
