Here is my incredible misadventure:on April 30 I order no. 4 PVC thresholds, in two different sizes, from a German manufacturer, after 15 days I receive a package containing only the two small thresholds, but incredibly for eBay the delivery is marked as complete. I contact the seller and he, apologizing, admits the mistake and tells me he had forgotten to send the two large thresholds into production and after more than a week he tells me he has shipped them, giving me the shipping number.Another week goes by and, after a check made with the courier, the two thresholds are found to be stored in a warehouse in Poland!! Basically, after almost a month and after paying for the material in advance, I find myself in this situation without knowing when I will finally be able to get it, and at this point I’m asking whether this behavior can be considered serious!
