I received a confirmation email from ebay (ebay@ebay.com ) that the item I purchased is in the process of being shipped. The email shows the item ID and order number. It doesn’t appear in the order history or among recently viewed items. If I use the email links "track your order" or "check status" it takes me to ebay with the response "Order not foundIt was not possible to find your order. If you need assistance, visit the Help section ."I messaged the seller through ebay but got no response. It’s a seller with more than a thousand items sold and 100% positive feedback. The amount has already been charged to my credit card.What should I do?
