Mentore2 years agoThe eBay procedure takes, at best, at least 4 working days.
So one day is not enough.
You can open a case for not having received the package and the seller has 3 days to respond. Only on the fourth day can you ask for a refund, if it still hasn’t arrived.
You can also try the return procedure, after receiving the package, citing non-compliance due to excessive delay, but I think that in this case the days of delay would have to be definitely more.
