Unfulfilled order no. 404559548238
I placed an order on 10/25, with delivery scheduled for today, 10/31. Not only has the item not arrived, but even though it was properly charged and had an ID number, it has disappeared from the purchase history, so I can't file any complaint with anyone. How should I proceed?
