book order denied by the seller
Good morning, I purchased a used book on January 31 from the seller ermro-67. Seeing that it wasn't being shipped, I contacted the seller, who, despite being contacted through the transaction link, denies ever having owned the book and does not respond to my subsequent follow-ups. I'm afraid I may have been scammed, but I can't figure out how to report this. Does anyone have any experience with this?
