order never received

I placed an order for a case as an unregistered user..the case was never delivered to me, I go through the whole process to try to get a refund but when I enter the order number or the email I used for the process I get a link that I should use to continue the procedure but it says empty page once I click on it.HOW CAN I GET A REFUND?
