Order never shipped and cancellation request refused
Almost twenty days ago I ordered a product that was supposed to arrive a week ago, when I noticed that the seller hadn’t even shipped the product a few days after the delivery date I asked for cancellation, promptly rejected I suppose because it had expired, I opened a report and had to wait several days (already past the delivery date), I opened a dispute but still nothing, I’m fed up, all this is ridiculous.

Mentore1 year agoLa richiesta di annullamento non aveva senso ed infatti è servita solo a farti perdere tempo. La tua richiesta viene gestita dal venditore, che ha 3 giorni per decidere se accettarla o rifiutarla. Ovviamente lui ha fatto trascorrere il tempo e poi l'ha rifiutata.
Quando sono scaduti i termini puoi aver aperto una richiesta di rimborso, il venditore ha poi 3 giorni lavorativi per dimostrare che il pacco sta arrivando o per emettere il rimborso.

Se il venditore non vuole collaborare, chiedi l'intervento di ebay ....
