ORDER NO. 22-14322-40697 NEVER ARRIVED- ORDER - NO. 15-14379-51693 - ARRIVED, ITEM NOT CONFORMING -

1- 10 liters of oil have not arrived and are very late, if it doesn't arrive today or tomorrow I will ask for a full refund.
2- I am requesting a full refund regarding order no. 15-14379-51693.
I can no longer wait - I am in no way able to contact eBay customer service, what are you doing. If I don't get a response soon I will file a report at the police station with the Carabinieri.
I am tired, I will not place any more orders until this whole situation is clarified.
