Order not yet arrived
I purchased a product on eBay without signing into my account, paying by card. The payment went through, the order was confirmed and shipped, it was supposed to arrive on Monday, January 23, but it says it is still in transit. Even following eBay's guides, I can't contact the seller or even follow the procedure for "the order never arrived".
How and who can I contact?
