Order not delivered

Good evening, I placed an order and the tracking says it’s delivered, but nothing has arrived for me. In fact, it even says it was delivered to some Gabriele G whom I don’t know. I contacted the seller but they’re not responding. What can I do?

Only the seller could help you by sending you a copy of their shipping receipt, where you can see whether the address is correct or not.
