Order not received, it was canceled by the seller
Good morning, I am opening this dispute for an item that never reached me; the delivery location is a fuel station open 24 hours, I have bought from eBay before and everything has always arrived, the address provided to eBay is correct and everything has always arrived. I asked the seller to resend it at my expense and to give me the receipt for the previous shipment that did not go through so I could make a claim against the carrier, but I never got the receipt. I believe this is a more than legitimate request, I did not receive the receipt and he canceled the order without my consent, inviting me to buy elsewhere. I cannot accept that eBay can allow this, because with this way of acting the seller, if it suits him, can cancel the order at will. If eBay also protects the buyer, it must put me in the condition of receiving the purchased item, since I gave up buying something else to buy this one. Mentore2 years agoIt’s not entirely clear, but evidently the item was returned to the seller because of incorrect or incomplete information.
In this case, you are responsible for it, and the seller’s cancellation is more than justified.
As a seller, I would also have kept the shipping costs incurred.
So I don’t see any reason for your complaint.
