Hi, I made a purchase from an unregistered user, and after 4 days I receive an email that the item I ordered is defective. I am offered options to exchange or cancel the order. From the reply link it forces me to register, which I did, but I still can't send my proposal. Help

Mentore1 year agoYou can accept or decline the seller’s proposal, you can’t make it yourself.
Accept the cancellation and get your money back.
