order not received
I placed an order as an unregistered user. The seller emailed me today saying that delivery could not be made because the address was incorrect, but the item shows as delivered. The address is correct because it is a shop, but now I can't contact the seller or even ask eBay for help because in the meantime I registered and, of course, my order doesn't appear in the list of orders placed. I can't even start a chat with eBay

In any case, if you entered only your first name in the address without specifying that it was a store, it’s obvious the courier had difficulty with the delivery.
Most likely the package was returned to the sender.
Try contacting them and reaching an agreement for a new shipment... or for a refund...
