Order not found
Good evening, I just made a purchase of a motorcycle helmet paying in 3 installments with Klarna. On my account app, the first installment shows as paid, so it has already been deducted, but on eBay and on Klarna my order doesn't show up, and therefore neither does my payment. I haven't received a confirmation email from either eBay or Klarna either. Can you help me?

Mentore3 months agoI think the first thing you should do is contact Klarna to verify the actual payment from Klarna to eBay.
