Order not found
My sister ordered a cover without being registered, and it never arrived. Following the order tracking instructions from the confirmation email, it tells her that she has already registered, even though she hasn’t. In the "my orders" section, the cover order doesn’t appear; it doesn’t exist anywhere, but she only has the seller’s feedback. What can she do?

the only help page for these cases is this one:
Get help if you bought an item as a guest user | eBay
Since you purchased as a guest, the order can never be linked to any account, even if you register later.
