I made a purchase on eBay without signing in and paying through PayPal using my son's PC. The item arrived, and since I have to return it because it was damaged, I managed to contact the seller who offered to refund part of the amount I spent. Now unfortunately I can no longer find a way to contact the seller through the eBay platform.
it keeps giving me an error from our servers and tries to make me log in with an account, but neither on my son's account nor on mine does it appear among recent purchases, so I'm stuck. what can I do?
