Mentore3 years agoTry reading this, maybe you made the purchase as an unregistered user (you didn’t log in when you came in to buy). https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/paying-items/acquistare-come-utente-non-registrato?id=4035&st=3&pos=2&query=Acquistare%20come%20utente%20non%20registrato&intent=non%20registrato&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1147
Anyway, also check what shows up on the payment method (card or PayPal account).
