Order shows as delivered but never shipped
Good morning, I shipped an order on the 12th and it shows as delivered the same day at the pickup point from which it was supposed to be sent
The buyer rightly says they did not receive it and they are right because the order never arrived in the recipient's city but shows as delivered at the same pickup point from which it was sent
The owner of the pickup point said that the order was picked up by the mail carrier so it is not there and it is not his mistake
What needs to be done in this case?, luckily I have a photo of the order with the shipping label where both the tracking number and the destination are visible

OP2 years agoPicked up on the 12th at x pick-up point and delivered on the 12th always to the same x pick-up point
So it’s obvious that something doesn’t add up

Mentore2 years agoIf you purchased the shipping service directly, contact the courier's customer service and ask for an explanation.
If you did it through a broker, ask them.
