Hello everyone,I bought some Samsung headphones through an auction. After a couple of days, I got the email saying the package was ready to be picked up at the place I had chosen. That same day I contacted the seller to tell me that in reality it was a mistake and that he hadn’t shipped it yet. He asked me if I wanted to sort it out outside of eBay (because he didn’t know how to fix it); my answer was no and that he should check with support.I tried contacting him after a day, but silence (probably a scam).Now my problem is that I’ve been trying to contact eBay for a few days, but it seems I have to wait until July 3 before I can declare that the item hasn’t arrived. Is it possible that there isn’t a way to report what happened to eBay sooner? Thanks
