Good morning, I mistakenly marked an item sold as shipped, but in reality I hadn't even created the shipping label. Now I can't create it because the item already shows as shipped. How can I get out of this dead end?

Good morning,

you can easily buy the label wherever you want, it is not necessary to use the service offered by eBay... but if I'm not mistaken you can use it anyway by entering the data manually:
