I placed an order from the United States 2 months ago, received a notification on eBay that it is about to be returned to the sender, I immediately contact eBay customer support and they tell me to contact UPS, after two days I receive an email from UPS saying that the package was sent back to the sender without having received even a phone call or an email to resolve the problem, moreover, I wrote to the seller without getting any response. Truly shameful! A total lack of respect and professionalism!.So, I ask for advice on how to get a full refund of the amount paid (378,85usd)
