I am waiting for an item that I found only on EBAY; otherwise, given the results in the past, I would have chosen another channel. I placed and paid for the first order on JUNE 12 from a supplier through EBAY; delivery was expected from JUNE 18 to 24. After the 25th and having received nothing, I started looking into it. The tracking showed me it was in transit. On JUNE 27 it showed delivered in the province of Rome, while I am in the province of Arezzo. Impossible to contact EBAY, I wrote 2 messages or more but I don’t even know if they were read. I traced the seller and, after contacting him by phone, he acknowledged their mistake, attributing it to a computer glitch, and told me they would take care of fixing it. They kept me hanging from week to week until in the last conversation I had, around mid-JULY, they told me they were unable to provide me with the material and refunded me. Since there is another seller also on EBAY who has the same product and says 10 available, I only need 2, they gave me delivery from JULY 28 to 31; I placed the order and made the payment on JULY 21. I still haven’t received anything, indeed even though they sent me a shipping code on the 28th, in the searches it says the code does not exist, I’m worried about ending up the same way. It’s really taking people for a ride, and it’s just as shameful that EBAY does not step in on this.
