Good morning, I need help with a refund that was supposed to be processed yesterday as eBay told me I should have been refunded by December 13. Instead, as of today, nothing. Can you intervene please, thanks

Mentore2 years agoIf you received the message from ebay, the refund starts within two working days from the date of the message.
The refund follows the same path as the payment, but in reverse.
The timing (after the two days) then depends on your credit card and your checking account.

OP2 years agoGood morning, I'm replying to your message. I received the message from Ebay and everything is fine; they made my refund and gave me the answers about what happened: the seller had reported that he had issued the refund, but that wasn't true because there was no refund at all. Basically, he had tried to scam me and Ebay. Anyway, everything is fine, thanks.
