I should mention that some time has passed since my purchase, but.... So, I bought a kitchen clock at the end of November 2024, then unfortunately I stayed abroad and, when I got back, in March 2025 I opened the package and found that the clock doesn’t work. After contacting the seller, I became suspicious because he provided some untrue details... The fact is that the clock mechanism is completely jammed, and my watchmaker confirmed this too. The seller also sent me a video in which the clock can be seen working, how strange!! Obviously the clock was non-returnable!! I think that, according to eBay rules, I am no longer in the right, since too much time has passed, but the option to leave feedback has also disappeared!!!

You can try the chargeback route with the help of your bank.
